Film Production

Using our talent as storytellers, we will work in partnership with you to produce a film or a series of films that represent the great work that you do. We can work with you at each step of the way – from concept to production, through to outreach and advocacy – or provide support at any stage, depending on your needs.

Whether it be a commercial giving an overview of your work, a series of shorts profiling stories of inspirational individuals, or a feature length documentary which follows a riveting story, we will help you to decide how best to capture your stories on film.

Outreach and Advocacy

There are many ways to leverage the power of storytelling to reach broad audiences and we are committed to finding the best platforms for the films we produce. We will work with you to develop a strategy that will ensure your films create real impact.

We are experienced in the distribution of media across a wide range of platforms, including: broadcast; DVD; to schools and universities; to high–profile organisations; online and at grassroots.

Film Training

Following the experience of working on Where the Water Meets the Sky – which features a group of rural women in Zambia who learn film skills as a way to speak out about their lives – we were lucky enough to see the benefits of putting cameras in the hands of people who live with the issues the films seek to address.

We are dedicated to training more people, who wouldn't usually have access to media, in storytelling and filmmaking skills, including, directing, camera and sound.

The films that are produced are powerful advocacy tools, acting as a bridge to start discussions, whilst building compassion, empathy and challenging often long–held perceptions. And for the individuals being trained, it is often an empowering and transformational experience, providing the opportunity for each person to develop a wide range of skills and confidence.
